Our new protocols include;
- Full sanitizing or the entire facility 3 times a day, touch points (door, counters, furniture) up to 10 times per day.
- No touch key drop off, keys are sealed in plastic bags.
- Customer service vehicles, all touch points sanitized.
- Service loaners sanitized after each use.
- No contact sales experience including paperwork and test drives.
- Complete sales transaction can be completed online
- Staff meetings daily to ensure we are following guidelines
